Prince Rupert is the gateway between BC's Highway 16 and the coastal ferries. The campground sits right on the highway at 1750 Park Avenue — about a mile from the BC Ferries terminal, so early sailings and late arrivals are easy.

Alaska Marine Highway — sailings link Prince Rupert with Ketchikan and southeast Alaska.
BC Ferries — the Skidegate run connects Prince Rupert with Haida Gwaii; Port Hardy sailings link Vancouver Island.
Late ferry check-in — arriving on an evening sailing? Call ahead and we'll leave the light on.
Minutes to downtown — groceries, fuel, restaurants and the Museum of Northern BC are a short drive away.

Sailing-day tip

Ferry vehicle lanes board early — stay the night before, dump tanks, top up water and roll down Park Avenue to the terminal in minutes. Storage is available if you're walking on and leaving the rig behind.

Check-in: Between 2 pm and 7 pm. Arriving on a late ferry? Call ahead — late check-in can be arranged.
Payment: Processed at check-in. Rates are double occupancy; taxes not included.
Cancellation: 48 hours' notice to cancel or move your arrival date, or a one-night charge applies.
Season: Prince Rupert's mild coastal climate keeps the area busy spring through fall — call to confirm current seasonal dates.
